Hello ... the hard drive of my PC is out of order, it makes 2 little noises at startup and more "windows 10" are opening ... I think it is dead!
which means that I no longer have my password to access my SL account, because I am one of the people who have too much confidence in hardware with scheduled obsolescence (that's my point of view!).
Yesterday I filled in with Linden Lab: "My account: Forgotten name or password" ... but still no response, although they have my ID ... hoping I was not wrong from mail (as I said, everything was on my PC).
How do I recover my account?
Please let me know your ideas or solutions.
Help me ... I am desperate my second life pleases me !
