Hello everyone, I have exactly this issue, does anyone know if this has been resolved. I have tried everything and I am still grey. I dont want to do anything drastic not knowing what I am doing. I did submit a ticket at LL is it just a case of walking around grey until someone comes back to me? Yaaaaay, ok also downloaded the radegast viewer and deleted the current look folders created by metachat, then logged back in on firestorm all was fixed. Pheew. Thank you for the help
