it is now 9 months later and you have probably already solved the problem. Just in case you didn't and for all with the same problem, who have not solved it yet: I couldn't change my display name either, however I could after I enabled "view display names" under -Settings -General.

I'm considering getting a premium membership and have read a lot about it. But there is one question to which I cannot find an answer. If I have a Lindenhome (new generation), then I can place a skybox over 2000 meters. My question now is: am I allowed to run a shop in this skybox?
