Hi, So, my partner bought a product via the marketplace that ended up looking nothing like it was portrayed to be. (there was no option for a demo so she took a chance) As it wasn't as advertised she left a negative review. This came after the creator was rude to her inworld when she contacted them about the product. The negative review was removed (because she said in it the creator was rude) but another review for another product was left. Now the creator is demanding she removes her other negative review or she will report her? It seems SL is siding with the creator even though my partner is being harassed by the creator. She is on the verge of quitting SL completely because of it all. What's the point of having the option to review products if negative ones can be removed if the creator feels upset about it? How do you even deal with this? It's infuriating to say the least.

and I've also just noticed it has taken more than one copy. Actually, it took 6 copies all on its own?

Hi, So I'm trying building a house with many pieces. I completed it and went to take a copy before I got to work on adding things to the rezzer, and then I ran into a couple of problems. First, with the copy it simply whitewashed my entire house. All colors and textures became white which has made a mess of things. Also, after linking all of my doors simply fly off when I click to enter. (and also my lights stay on constantly rather than working via the switch which was working perfectly before linking) Oh and all of my doors are on their own channels. Now my house is a mess with things misaligned as one copy (which only linked about 90% when each piece was highlighted) wasn't perfect and the one with all of the pieces is pure white. Any ideas on what has gone wrong? Thanks

Hi, So I've ventured into sailing for the first time and rented from Second Norway. I left my dock and dealt with a few sim crossings without a hitch. Then (on two different occasions) my boat is suddenly returned to my lost and found leaving me walking on the sea bed. I didn't trigger any security orbs, I was sailing in the middle. and then my boat just vanished. I do get access to Blake Sea and it seemed to be the case that some Blake Sea region returned my boat. I'm very confused, so any advice will be appreciated. (and also any clubs or groups I can join for advice and tips on sailing) Thanks

So, I just moved into my new Linden Home, but I step out of my front door and a house around the corner from me is an absolute eyesore. I'm talking about the building being covered in square prim blocks. Also, not just one prim block put over the house. I mean, there must be over 100 of them at various angles, and different sizes, with some being huge. It's hardly in keeping with the rest of the area. So, what can be done about it? This thing is absolutely awful. Any ideas?

My partner recently bought land from a large private estate company. At the point of purchase, the advert stated she would have 1250 prims available. However, after buying she discovered that over 400 of those prims were taken up by landscaping created by the company. She bought it because she loved the scenery and views so to then discover that she had over 30% less prims available came as a shock. So, is this normal? Does it sound like false advertising to say you have a certain number of prims, but then to actually get all of those you need to strip the land bare first with it then losing all of its initial appeal? She did mention it to the estate manager, but their attitude was extremely dismissive.
