    I read the problem. it seems the similar problem but i am using windows original viewer.

    I am getting this message when i click choosing avatar button. ERR_CONNECTION_RESETCode: -101 Also my avatar couldnt loading ..i just see a cloud. Also sims are not loading completely. Something happened and please help me for the solution.. Thanks in advance....
