    Hey Gez! You may have already found your perfect place by now... but, I do have some properties on the Busiris SIM that have up to 5000 prim I can rent out to you. Right now I have them all broken up into individual parcels, but could easily connect them for you. I'll send you an IM in-world in case you are still seeking :) All my parcels are here: http://www.crispsl.com ... but again, I have nothing "staged" as a 5000 prim sim, would need to do some work to connect :) Btw you said no covenant, but we do have some rules... but they are pretty easy :)

    Agree! This is a great place to start. I am obsessed with BOM makeup and for L$ 50 or L$ 75 it's really a small risk to take on something. I use Lelutka so I don't have any specific recommendations for Genus other than to echo Aiyumei's wise advice :)

    Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery that mediocrity can pay to greatness ~ Oscar Wilde :)

    That said, I agree a transparent wall is always a lot nicer and friendlier. I am a huge fan of mainland, despite there being a divide among people with this opinion ... but I find that the one thing that holds true is: if you are kind to neighbors, they will be kind to you. If you haven't already asked them to compromise in a friendly way, I would start the dialogue. I also have found that some people don't even realize that they are being annoying to neighbors until someone says something... there *are* many kind people on SL, too :)

    I wish you luck... seems like a beautiful little spot, I wouldn't want to move either :)
