Price reduction to match local comp. This one however has much better neighbors and covenant rentals around it.

This is a rare property to snag with nice neighbors vs other available plots around. It's also attached to the blake sea coastal waterway. It's great for seeing races and people boating by which gives it unique life/feel. You could also rent next door if you want more land without the cost and have nearly half sim private blake access!

Yes, understood. What I mean is you would own the entire sim space with the exception of the protected land which no one else will own. The only person living on Humuli would be the buyer. Sorry if that was not clear.
