I still can't log in and support basically said they can't do anything and that i need a new ip address even tho nothing has changed on my end in 4 years.

Now been 14 hours and still can't log in. not sure this is going away.

That Reference # code changes every time the page is refreshed and this "bug" has been going for 4 hours now and it hasn't cleared.

This error is *****. never encountered it before in 9 years but now all of a sudden i can't log in, the second i click login the error message appears, it doesn't even attempt to log me in. I've restarted my PC and my router, deleted saved logins but nothing works it just an instant error, i also clicked that link above and got an error message, I have no idea what to do or even if this is on my end. .
