Thank you so much I’ll give both of these a go.. I’m still very new to scripting

I am hoping to get some advice on how to best fix a script issue I am having. I have a music box that has the black tulip script in it. Then Another two scripts I have written. one is a llRegionSay script on a negative channel that speaks to a second script in a child prim to start a llTargetOmega. to make the key spin. The root prim script also plays a wind up sound. My conundrum is I would like the wind up sound to only play every other touch ( ie first touch winds it pop and starts the music second touch stops the music but no wind up sound. ) The sedan issue I have is keeping the key spinning while the music plays and stoping it when it stops.. Any advice would be great. Thank you.
