I went through with the purchase and am only paying $31.00 monthly land use fee, so apparently they are waiving the 64 m. Whew!

I am looking at buying an 8256 m mainland parcel. It is 64 m over the 1/8 sim size, putting it into the 1/4 sim category at twice the price. Is this what I would be charged, or do they pro-rate based on the actual parcel size?
