I don't want to give everybody in the group powers to ban directly from the group.

I am looking for a script I can place in a object that will let people from a certain group be able to report griefers on the land and on the 3rd report, to eject and ban the griefer. For example, if a guests on the land click the object and it gives them a blue pop up menu that lets them drop the griefers UUID in it and in the next box ask for a reason for reporting. As I have been told that a basic version of this will not be able to hold a lot of UUIDs, I will be happy if it can hold between 10-20 UUIDs and then I can every now and again grab the UUIDs and place it in the master security system on the land.
