i have signature Geralt Mesh body,

So long story short, quit playing 4+ years ago, just came back 2 weeks ago, asked lindens for help via a support ticket for my avatar to be unlocked or reactivated... nothing.. so i made a new avi and put $30 on and used it for 1 outfit, and body and hair and beard, but i do NOT have a mesh head, or any head that will go with his body. I have submitted a ticket as a premium member to try and get my $ raised but it's been 3 days and still nothing. anyone have any suggestions? i have $41L and I need a head that doesn't say DEMO. Just something descent to hold me over till I can add more lindens to my account or they review it and raise my limits.
