If you go to intels website and update drivers for the intel 4000 card it should fix the issue windows 10 pushed out the creator updae and on the 3jan intel updated the drivers for the 4000 hope it helps https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81499/Intel-HD-Graphics-4000 Hope it helps you guys out
