Hi All, I'm not sure if this is the right spot or not but here is my question. Does anyone know if there is a car out there with the option to make cranking sounds but not start? It's for a RP. If not, is there a creator out there who can modify an existing car or create one? There are other details but that is the big one, the given. If this is out there or can be done, the others are the druthers. Thanks
