If you are interested in the work as guard read the 4th point completely. -Point 1: First of all I'm looking for programers/texture creators thta could create on a 35.000 meters big land, a small private home big more or less 500 squered meters and 3 flores for me on a corner of this propriety, the creation will be payed between 2.000 linden dollars and 5.000 based on the quality of the work (just for the outer structure) (in the case the result isn't good enough you will be payed between 200 and 500 linden dollars). If the result is good, you will be commissioned with the creation of the furniture for the small house, this phase will be payed between 4.000 and 10.000 linden dollars based on the quality of the work. (if the work isn't good enough you will be payed 300 and 700 linden dollars) If the final result for my house will be good enough you will be commissioned the construction of an apartment building on different floor. you will be payed between 15.000 and 40.000 linden dollars depending on the quality of the work. Once these 3 phases you will be hired for 300 linden dollars every month to work as a maintenance worker, if in a month there is no need of your help to correct bugs and problems you will earn 300 linden dollars without working. Instead if there will be more than 2 intervention requests, you will be payed 100 linden dollars every other request after the second. You will be tasked to begin the resolution of the problem in 3 days after the request, otherwise you will be fired. -Point 2: Once finished the construction of the apartament building I'll need the administrator that must keep the count of the rented flats and he payments, the administrator will be payed between 1000 and 2000 linden dollars every month based on the earnings from the building. -Point 3: Once finished the construction of the apartament building I'll need to find some advertiser that will be tasked to advertize on Second Life or other websites, the payment for the advertiser is very vary, it goes from 200 to 4000 linden dollars every month. (In caso che il risultato non sia soddisfacente verrete pagati tra i 200 e 500 linden dollars per il disturbo) In caso di risultato buono, vi verrà affidato anche la creazione dei mobili e del l'allestimento interno alla villetta, questa fase verrà pagata tra i 4.000 e i 10.000 linden dollars in base alla qualità del lavoro. (In caso che il risultato non sia soddisfacente verrete pagati tra i 300 e i 700 linden dollars per il disturbo) In caso il risultato finale delle due fasi precedenti vi verrà appaltato la costruzione di un intero condominio su più piani e più costruzioni e gli allestimenti interni. Verrete pagati tra i 15.000 e i 40.000 linden dollars in base alla qualità del lavoro. Una volta finita queste 3 fasi verrete assunti a 300 linden dollars al mese per lavorare da manutentori, se in quel mese non c'è nessun problema guadagnerete senza neanche lavorare. Mentre se ci saranno molti problemi vi sarà aumentato per quel mese il compenso in base ai problemi. (Fino a 2 richieste di intervento al mese prenderete 300 linden dollars, ogni richiesta in più vi verrà pagato 100 linden dollars) Dovrete cominciare il lavoro di manutenzione entro 3 giorni dalla richiesta, altrimenti sarete licenziati, se lavorate velocemente avete un aumento nel pagamento a fine mese. -PUNTO 2: Una volta finita la costruzione del condominio avrò bisogno di un amministratore che dovrà tenere il conto degli appartamenti affittati e il registro dei pagamenti, l'amministratore sarà pagato tra i 1000 e i 2000 linden dollars ogni mese in base al rendimento del condominio. -PUNTO 3: Cerco anche dei pubblicitari che dovranno pubblicizzare su Second Life e su diversi siti gli appartamenti, il pagamento dei pubblicitari oscillerà molto, dai 200 linden dollars fino a 4000 linden dollars al mese. Il compenso oscillerà in base a quanto pubblicizzerete il condominio, mi dovrete inviare il link a siti e mappe dove verrà pubblicizzato il condominio, oscillerà in base anche al rendimento del condominio, per esempio, se riterrò che avrete fatto un buon lavoro di pubblicizzazione e tutti gli appartamenti saranno affittati prenderete 4000 linden dollars. -PUNTO 4: Ci servirà anche qualche guardia che guadagnerà tra i 500 e i 1000 linden dollars in base a quanti problemi riguardanti la sicurezza eviteremo.
