Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know the average turnaround time for a specilist to address an issue? Specifically I am stuck as an orange cloud, from what I think is a corruption in my inventory, based on hours of trial and error and research. I've opened a LL ticket and it has been 3 days. While i know that could be a short time, it is frustrating, to not be able to utilize my SL account to its fullest. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
