Thank you! It has been an on and off issue for a while... but seems to be bad this time\

I am not receiving updates on my secondlife.com profile. The last update showing on my home page was 6 days ago, and now, it says You have 8 snapshots being processed. None are being processed. Help, how can I fix this?
