I think pro street cars PSC, has some like that.
But yeah the majority of vehicles in SL uses permission system instead of locking doors cuz reasons ex: ppl can cam inside and still sit even if the vehicle is locked, instead the permission system eject them at the moment they try to interact with the vehicle.

Some creators enable auto-deliveries, when an item gets updated so this deployment is send to all people that brought it in the past no exceptions and depending of your viewer configuration a prompt will ask to accept/decline/block/ignore/yes or no OR if set to auto accept saved directly into your inventory
Others do not use this function, So if the person wish to update one or more items, must be done manually in a re-delivery terminal and depending of the provider MD, Caspervend,etc you must compare the version number shown in the list with the version number of the item in your inventory that is shown in the name, edit mode object description or properties to see which one is the most recent then hit re-delivery.

This is cuz the Viewer by default jelly doll like the first comment said bad optimized avatars. to override this you must open Preferences(Ctrl + p keys like all viewers)>>Display tab>> scroll down till you see the performance category. There you will move the max. avatar complexity slider all the way to the right till it says Unlimited. Max visible avatars can stay at 5 or 3. Have in mind this will affect your experience depending of your pc and the nature of the region you're at.
Now to see your L$ balance inside Black Dragon: CTRL+ I keys this will open your inventory, the linden $ count will be at the top of the inventory window next to the item count.

If you used the local poser to pose your avatar, this one saves the XML file for local use only for the viewer. If you wish to create animations (anim files) to import or export to other viewers you must use the creator pose found at Dragon(menu)>My useful features>Pose creator. And read the descriptions the window shows. Make sure to use the latest version
Then these are saved at appdata directory:
C:\Users\"your pc username"\AppData\Roaming\BlackDragon\user_settings\animations
"your pc username" means the name your pc user has. To access appdata press windows key + R key in your keyboard and type in %appdata% in the dialog box, click run.

First verify if the inventory shows in other viewer.
Clear cache in your viewer, re-log in a low lag region can be Hippo Hollow as example or any low lag sandbox, open the inventory window, use the search bar inside the inventory, type anything to kick a full inventory refresh. rinse and repeat till it works

And the driver will factory reset to the newer one fixing this issue.

Like the others said there is no best viewer.
Just test them all have in mind what your computer can handle and what no, the nature of SL regions, etc. No crank everything to high or ultra all time see a perfect point for you.
After all, all viewers are the same code from LL with some extra functions unique to each one, heck even same if not all shortcuts: https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/All_keyboard_shortcut_keys (if a shortcut doesn't work in one means it's combo key has been replaced or the function doesn't exist)
All viewers can be daily drivers if you known the points mentioned above and have knowledge of how to change preferences including graphics/display options depending of the situation.
Do not believe what hardcore fans of fs, singularity, official, alchemy, black dragon, catznip, kirsten, cool, genesis and the rest found at: https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Third_Party_Viewer_Directory says, go test by yourself each one, configure them to a point you feel is good for you, compare them to see what is what you like, test them at least for 2 weeks, etc in the end you will find what you like and feel home with.
Note: remember I said some may have or not unique functions, have in mind not all will have the popular options as area search or hide/show look at the easy way. *Coughs*

This is because steam still keeps the ID, game community HUB, screenshots, DLCs IDs, hrs of usage of the program/game/movie as archive and proof that an account played and brough or added(in the case of f2p tittles) the license .
Why because some people payed/added/etc the product to their accounts and in rare cases the devs/publisher still allow them to access and play the content and servers as example Athem from EA, the first watch dogs from ubisoft or fallguys from the same dev/publisher. But it is no longer available for new users/costumers in the store to get it.
Sure this no means SL its gonna get re-release in steam that's up to the devs if they see a market opportunity in that distribution platform and if it ever gets re-release again the program will get assigned a new ID, community hub,etc and cannot use the old ones it had in the past.

But in short the error MSVCR120.dll/0xc000007b means vcredist runtime 2015-2017-2019-2022 x64 AND vcredist runtime 2013 x64 are missing from the computer and no installed, the viewer needs these to run download them and restart your pc. the viewer should start correctly now:

Windows 11 pro and current using the new GRD 516.59 (on a 3060 desktop and tested on a lap 1660) look like it fixed those opengl artifacts behavior. No problems on the viewer I use (it should be fixed for all now including thirdparties)

I tested it too on a 3060 and a 1660 on Blackdragon viewer, no artifacts or glitches using this new GRD

When you select and downloaded one of these run the installer>when it opens and ask you for select a option check custom(avanced) then press next/continue>in the section were it tells you what's gonna install in the checkbox at the bottom check "perform a clean install" then start the rollback/install. Your pc screen will flash black or will blackout for a few minutes during this. Is a normal driver install behavior do not panic
After that you ready until Nvidia fixes the problem in the next update soon or later

To report problems about the current driver you must specify the error with avanced light model, where it happens(you must type second life), in API select OpenCL, and the steps to reproduce it. And it will ask stuff about your pc components.But yeah if we give feedback to nvidia maybe later or soon one of the new coming drivers fixes this artifact behavior with avanced light.

As reported back in Jira it affects all viewers: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-232264 Rollback to the GRD(gaming ready driver) 512.95 or GRD512.77 from May 12th and 24th should fix it , in some rare cases people report the 512.95 does the same so I can only recommend try with the GRD 512.77

If you gonna go the SRD (studio ready driver) have in mind these are optimized for creator workflow and can nerf certain games. If you play other stuff stick to GRD and rollback to last month ones.
If just SL go ahead SRD having that in mind:
Stable SRD: 512.96
Stable GRDs: 512.95(depends of some gpus) or 512.77
Some reports say AMD counter part new drivers cause the same maybe due to these pushing a newer version opengl and vulkan render protocols same as nvidia

Yeah I will recommend check in furaffinity or twitter to see what furry second life creators are open to do comission custom work
Meanwhile that marketplace suggestion can be a good start point, you will just need the items it needs and say on the description to work and for the base body can be any of the ones that allow BOM, examples: jake belleza, Legacy fit/athletic, kario, signature. To name a few

What I recommend is Rollback to the 512.95 or 512.77 driver from may 2022 since these have no problems

Now if your graphics card is no listed in the "supported Products" tab use this https://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx you will need to know your graphics card type: series, if is desktop or notebook(aka laptops) and full model name, OS(operating system) windows,linux,etc and in the windows type driver: you must select DCH and in recommended/beta: recommended/certified after that a list should pop up from most recent to 1 year old drivers (just download the 512.95 or 512.77 )

After that the driver should rollback. As a tip I recommend in the installer select custom(avanced)> then check the checkbox perform a clean install it should factory set up the rollback driver. example:
Only DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) if you jumped from a very old driver to the current one that causes problem and want to rollback to one of the two from may or when your driver is corrupted aka BSOD, Error messages,etc
The Nvidia studio drivers are ONLY Recommended for creators: artist, CAD, design, programing or any other hightech areas/tasks. if you're a regular gamer or play other stuff stick to the GRD(gaming ready driver) if else go ahead change to the SRD(studio ready driver) having this in mind:

First error for AMD cpus, always make sure is in dual config and same specs example you will want 2x4gb ddr4 3200 to make 8gb or 2x8gb, 2x16gb, etc ryzen hates single ram and impacts it hard

I never had problems with acer gaming laptops, but in the other hand dell is just...and they systems are bloated af, I remember a friend bought a Alienware m16 the thing just worked one month before it died dell support was like apple support "just buy a new one warrantly don't cover it"

I can recommend 2 brands of laptops I have good experiences with one is a know OEM and the other a custom OEM (OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer aka all companies that create computers or tech),
And as Coffee said, have this in mind, plus the settings of the viewer you use matters since SL impacts hardware a different way due to the nature of it's world you no want to crank everything to ultra without knowing if your hardware gonna handle it or no

Other thing if the laptop is going to sit a whole day in a desk get a coolingpad (example pics below) what it does help the laptop with the airflow so it no drown itself trying to get fresh air from outside and helps getting fresh air to the components the own laptop fans cant cover prolonging the life of the device.
