Thank you. For the life of me I just could not remember.

I have come back after several years and was wanting to know how to export items I have imported or made myself. I know how to up load but can not figure how to down load items I have made . I have had to redo my HD's and several computers later but the only way I can get anything I made offline is to down load them Could you please help me with that?
