Have you ever seen Asian women? Like RL Asian women? My neighbor is 37 and looks of an age with my 18 year old daughter. She and her sister could easily walk into any High School and fit in perfectly with looks just judged by how old they appear. Young looking faces does not a child make. Its not even remotely against the ToS to look young. Its what you say and how you act that matters.
If you look and talk like a little kid and engage in adult activities, then yes you should be reported. Just looking young isnt an issue. The OP is trying to cause a stir that has been hashed out a hundred times.
IBTL
Can we get this locked please? Its a stupid argument that has gone far from the OP into a discussion of what anime is good.
maybe just not follow the post ? pretty sure there is a option for it. and its a forum if you want to complain go to a LL admin though pretty sure you will get a auto response system. lol low key not hating on the team just bad practices.

No they are referring to what is called a lolicon and I get the feeling the OP is an anti. Which is their right, but I mean loli is a body type not a freakin child. But yeah I mean as long as they are following TOS and the owners discretion. I don't see a problem with that.
honestly speaking. I have no real issue with avatar building if you are inspired by something and want to make it happen by all means do just that, but once you hit the adult side of things common sense is to steer clear on unwanted eyes. overall I like cosplay and its great going to the conventions seeing their creations of work come alive and how much detail and mechanical/artistical they are at making that dream become something.

Brb, strangling my best friend.
I asked him specifically if I could handle the show. He KNOWS me. He knows I watch anything even remotely violent with the screen scrolled down, tabbed out, or with my eyes closed.
It's good? This good for me?
Can't think of anything bad in it, sure.
😒
Totally funny aside btw - I write horror. And read nothing but. But seeing it is a whole different level. Can't handle that, lol. Don't ask, I dunno. 🤣
lol you can handle horror you say ? look up chainsaw man, Berserk , Goblin Slayer, Corpse party. pretty sure those are iconic. dam good shows too.

Full disclosure - I just Googled. I so rarely watch anime and the last one I saw was the Danganronpa anime that rounded out the end of the game's storyline, so bear with me here!
Top one's Olivier Mira Armstrong. Bottom one's Lust, supposedly.
But seeing these characters, now I want to watch this series!!!
FMA:brotherhood is a def good read in the manga series and show. when you grew up on like trigun, tenchi muyo , outlaw star, gundam , and cowboy bebop your shows branch off to even better ones later on. so i can safely say its def a good watch now and then.
i think my solid mentions of shows I watch are some isekai series like Overlord, My life as a slime, and so on are my def favorites.

I've known perfectly nice people in anime avatars, who are fully TOS compliant, and there is no confusion about their avatars, but there are some anime otaku who claim that simply being anime is an exemption from the TOS because "it's part of the culture". I've SEEN an anime avatar user claim that having 'anime paws' instead of feet, exempted them from the "no child avatars involved in adult activity" and then *****, whine, moan, complain and "turn informer" along the lines of "if you ban me you have to ban x and y and z or it's not fair"
The OP's "sort of a question" even mentioned "cultured" and some special category of "loophole".
The last thread on this topic a couple of months back, was started by somebody who had a 9 yr old pic of them selves in an avatar such as I laughingly described, in their profile feed.
It's a recurring theme.
i only said cultured since some country's views are different from others so it was a mention since japan's laws are a bit questionable. so as to why i said cultured is more over the controversy behind that. lol like i am not a dead on Hardcore anime enthused individual. i watch it based on some well known voice actors and got introduced by it like john young bosch and so on. it was more just a discussion and see where people's views are. it's not to raise brows on but i know some people argue that LL tos regulations seem translucent and it great to get other communities voices and opinions herd.

me blinks... ehm.. can you please try to be more clear?... this is like trying to read in a dark cave with sunglasses on
lemme guess .. it's about banning anime because they can look underaged?
Yes you are right on the money. it has to do with that. though its more than just that given how anime as a category is pretty branched out.

I don't really understand. What's the question? And why is it "touchy"?
The Question: "Given how anime avatars are more frequent and how LL likes to sometimes miscommunicate on rule regulations regarding said category or not defining enough on said loophole. What would be healthy alternative ways to help the LL team in defining the culture of these avatars?"
pretty sure there are popular bodies now that are indeed healthy to use but we still have very questionable creators that are still up for question with their said content given the controversy and media coverage of said questionable content. LL never really addressed this side of the community since if they tried they would enrage the base community that are anime lovers.
Why is it touchy: Some people can make a debate and say all anime avatars to some extent violate TOS based on height, body formations, and attire. as i have faith in the LL team and what they do its more of the question of the content creators and how they address their content. Plus how some bad apples/communities are some go to beyond lengths as to try and terminate users for wearing questionable things and outright get them banned for it because the person just doesn't like anime at all or had a bad experience in general through the community.

Why would LL need to define this at all?
From what I herd and seen/witnessed it seems to be a very touchy subject given on all forms of groups have different opinions on the matter. like some LL admins/mods aren't anime fans and seem to have a negative view on the category of content. while others have positive views given how anime is cultured to some degree. It's a bit confusing when LL make rules and there are loophole in rules to almost become boarderline questionable if it leans towards TOS violation or not so it helps to define that said content.

Hey all! I hope you are all having a wonderful month! Today I would like to have a healthy debate and share opinions with the community. from all generations of life/age groups.
Here is my question: Given how anime avatars are more frequent and how LL likes to sometimes miscommunicate on rule regulations regarding said category or not defining enough on said loophole. What would be healthy alternative ways to help the LL team in defining the culture of these avatars? pretty sure there are popular bodies now that are indeed healthy to use but we still have very questionable creators that are still up for question with their said content given the controversy and media coverage of said questionable content. Please refrain of insulting, name calling , and other hostile intent. its a healthy debate and would like to hear your personal thoughts and opinions on this matter. thank you for at least reading and debating. lets help make this community more aware and open our minds more!

Hey all ..I hope everyone is having a wonderful year of 2021 it's been a impactful year for people around the world. Just wanted to reach out to you all about our new club opening up for the Adult Industry/Entertainment. Here I will be discussing what our club is about and our long term goals to help those that are seeking work with the SL Community.
Club Axol was created to be a entertaining place based around the concept of Music performance/Production. We have expanded on Adult entertainment to better branch off to reach out to other communities in a collab setting. Club Axol goals are pretty simple to cater to our Members/VIP's with the setting of being a welcoming furry community and introduce new individuals that don't have a furry identity yet. Other than Live Music/DJ Sessions we also do other events like Watch Parties , Gaming sessions , Cosplay Events , Photo Ops , and other social events. Our long term goals are putting our name out there that people can remember us by , sharing others in the joy that we bring to others , and hoping that our longevity stays within the SL community for years to come.
Currently the positions that we are offering to be filled are as followed.
Hosts
DJs
Dancers
When you enter our club we have a notecard giver you can fill out near the doors and drop within the the mailbox for the owners to view. We will notify you when we are ready to move on to the interview stage.
All payments earned is Via Tips..... Your tips are 100% yours to keep if you are hired. We will always make sure every staff member is treated fairly and equally. If this interests you feel free to come on by and fill out the position you are trying to fill. Make sure all information is honest we def do background checks on previous working experience to make sure we are hiring the right people for the job. If you are new to working SL we do offer training programs to help you improve in the SL work force. We hope to see you all there for those that are interested and thanks for taking the time in reading this post. We hope you all have a Wonderful Holiday over December near Christmas for those that celebrate.

"If you had done the research you claim, you'd know that LL has been using Tilia FOR YEARS. "
(Show me legit proof then )
"They aren't breaking any US laws. They are coming into compliance with them with Tilia."
(Tilia a company that wasn't even shown in limelight in the past since i have been a 2012 member since then and been one of those cases that was effected by the leak/hack and was not proven that Tilia was part of SL from that time so your information is very invalid unless you can give me the exact date and not a FAQ as a lazy staff member would do and not show legit proof)
"I don't have to pay any fees for inactivity because I do not process credit aka withdrawing cash from SL."
(that's a lie because if you are buying lindens you are using a form of credit and if you are a shop owner you are using your bank information to gain from LL.) you haven't payed fees "YET" because it was formed by 8/1/2019 plus if you are inactive then you get charged you uneducated being. )
"You aren't seeing the truth. You're believing the lies. If that's what you want to do, that's on you. If people were going to leave SL over Tilia in droves, they would have done so a month ago. They're still here."
(Prove me wrong then child i am always interested in a debate. Secondly they are still here because they haven't forced all users yet into accept the Tilia Terms of Service. )

@DemonicSage " Where did you get that fake news?"
https://www.tilia-inc.com/contact/
hmmm odd are you sure ?
pretty sure that's the same address as LL so i wonder if its a merger then like i said because it would make sense as to why Tilia "became a headquarters" and that's monitored by the BBB

"Tilia has been a part of SL for years. if you buy or sell Ls on the exchange you have been using Tilia."
To a degree they aren't part of linden lab they are a network banking firm located in the UK while the company of SL a.k.a was in fact on US soil. the policies given by Tilia will in fact damage Second Life as a whole which tells me the Staff of SL and the company as a whole does not care for their userbase for years , since they have damaged users of leaking private information and incidents of being hacked . but Linden Labs does not care what the community wants as a whole.....they only care about selfish needs........ i will write this statement now all who see this will agree to some degree that we don't want Tilia at all in this Platform.........if need be will will protest the company against this in legal binding .......this is neglecting consumer rights and breaking several laws......honestly if this keeps up my expectations will be right 60% population will leave SL for good and effecting the company as a whole.
BTW I have read the policies.
Tilia has rights to suspend your SL account if you deny services or are not current with all information asked or given.
You have to pay a fee for inactivity of the account if it reach a limit given by Linden Labs and Tilia.
Tilia and linden labs have all rights to deny transactions of L's being transfer to other users.
so if i am using the knowledge given to me i guess i am empowered to be the one that can see the honest truth masked in lies.

Seems Proper for staff to see this in order to understand the severity of this merge...... here is the math EA (wannabe a.k.a Linden Labs) + Tilia (a banking UK Firm that isn't part of the US company) = Losing millions from angry users and actual people that already provide information and banking information already but Liden Lab wont admit they were breached several times in the past leaking information to hackers because of Lack of Network Security but expects the foundation of people that keeps SL from becoming a rotten decay of flesh. I wonder how many people will leave when SL decides to patch this into their systems. i can def say they will lose an estimation of 60% of the populous in matter of days by denying the service. A new dawn for SL streamers? (Kick.com)
in General Discussion Forum
Posted · Edited by DemonicSage
honestly Kick is a good platform I wouldn't really say its shady. its pretty transparent in how they deal with streamers even from low to high tier streamers. they have a paid program for newer to more vet streamers. so how it works is as long as you stream more than 1 hour a day and have more than 5 viewers per day with at least min 5 subscribers per day. you can get the paid by hour program which currently in per hour USD is $16.00 per hour. May I mention that there are stream on twitch that bypass the gambling rule ninja and other streamers do gamble and have seen some that still do to this day as twitch allows these big time streamers get away with. secondly kick is a great start in the right direction which is to cater to the gaming community and not be amazon and treat streamers like toys rather than human beings i seen many bad sides of twitch and simping that makes me cringe at the thought. i mean yeah new platform and lesser rules to worry about but if we all pitch in and provide detailed feedback we could be looking at a new age of streaming and a new age of what twitch should of been from the start minus the MOD TWITCH TEAM OF SIMPS. not trying to say supporting twitch is wrong more over that twitch is a bygone age where professional to small time streamers had a voice .
