    Yes Marcus you are right, earlier I was in bellisseria northeast , a house boat and a friend showed me the passage - a river - for blake's route. with a racing speedboat 25 mn , with a sailboat even 40 mn since in some places even with autopilot there is no wind. I hope to have offers for Cropity, any acceptable since 25,000 is already a discounted price.

    I don't know, if I sell it it's because my partner wants his house to be my house, I just know that I don't like to go easy, but  to run with my sailboat in Blake in the open sea, every passage is a challenge and I did it. No one is obligated to buy , I just want to take it off , so whoever wants to make me an offer welcome. I am also selling this

    thank you all, I found in the mainland list a nice little island in an archipelago with navigable sea northeast of Blake Sea , 2048 sqm 731 prims . I left Bellisseria after 6 years of beautiful Linden Home but was looking for a change. I am selling my previous land, waterfront 2048 sqm, with access to Blake sea, whoever is interested - sl name deplove resident - look in my profile

    Dear LittleMe so in order to get all 2048 sqm I have to give up my Linden Home and buy a place in Mainland, but do I have to buy from an owner or from Governor Linden ? and where can I buy ? Thank you

    I hope someone can help me since neither the seller nor caspervend respond to my tickets. I purchased a redelivery and rez in my store. Now how do I make each package for sale, can be redelivery ? all my packages are for sale as contents, being dresses so I facilitate the customer not to rez the package but once purchased the dress find the folder directly in his inventory. Now to make redelivery work should i change the sale from content to copy ? should i take the redelivery script and put it in the package ? thanks , i attach a pic of how i sell a package.

    Thank you for all the advice and information. I'm not an event organizer, my job is something else, but I have some friends  performers and DJ  I could turn to for help.

    Thanks Patch I was sure you would have answered me, you are always available, so I am waiting to receive an invitation to the grand opening gala through the Bellisseria citizens group, so I can show off my clothes 😁. But please, if you organize, think about us Europeans too, so from 1pm slt it would be fine. A kiss

    I already knew about the big Galaxy cruise ship. I went back a few days ago for a photo report for one of my dress models. After taking the photos, I stayed a while to visit. I find it beautiful but like so many places in SL, even my neighborhood in Bellisseria is always sadly deserted. There is a fabulous ballroom aft, and I wonder why Galaxy can't become a meeting center for us Bellisseria residents? why can't there be a day or a couple of days with a DJ to dance in this beautiful room, and to make everyone feel comfortable (not all of us come from the states) from 1 slt to 3 slt? It would be a place to socialize, I know that many of you talk to each other in chat, for me it is a bit difficult to follow, sometimes slang terms are used and I always have to run to the translator to understand something, but it would not be nice to have a place to meet ? obviously that it was also open to our friends and companions, like my husband, who is not a resident of Belli. I ask the kind Patch Linden, always ready for suggestions, can you do something? but I hope so even if I imagine that my post will be a pebble thrown into the ocean of SL

    It seems a long time since we moved from our old LH houses to the new Traditional houses. Where I lived in Bellisseria San Jocoso I was in a neighborhood that was still under construction, I saw new neighbors coming, and others leaving. I had a neighbor with coffins outside the house, it was certainly not a cheerful thing, but then you get used to it. Today I didn't think I was so lucky, I moved to the new Victorian houses, and immediately I had mine and next to this lovely fountain, you see the back of my new home. I chose the Verne, it has a nice conservatory with very high and panoramic windows. For now I'm looking for how to furnish the best, slowly it will come out. It's a nice neighborhood where I now live, Mynachllwyd, quiet and without houses with coffins on the patio.

    Thanks LittleMe, for now I stay in San Jocoso, then maybe in a few months I could even try, of course they are much bigger so we will have to study the decoration well. Good idea that of the grp ... In fact with my partner we live in his villa at the Sea ... San Jocoso is just my refuge to work ...

    I understand LittleMe, but creating another Alt means starting all over again since I couldn't transfer my avi and all my stuff into an inventory. So I stay where I am, not that I mind but a little bit I was sorry like  the new zones released between August and September are more beautiful than ours when LL first opened Bellisseria to move us. I don't want to leave and then find myself like many others wandering like a homeless wanderer waiting for the right moment. But all this I'm sorry ... from elegant residential neighborhoods we will become popular suburbs ...

    The new area will be released sometime in the next week or two - likely no later than December 16th or 17th, but more likely some time next week.

    Hello  citizens of Bellisseria. I always follow the news of Inara Pay and I received a notice that LL will soon launch the 4th theme of the Linden houses in Bellisseria, in Victorian style. From the Inara news letter:
    On Thursday, December 5th, Linden Lab unveiled the promised 4th theme of Premium Linden Homes that will soon be made available on the continent Bellisseria, alongside the existing Traditional, Houseboat and Trailers & Campers themes .....
    Now I ask Patch but even those who are already resident, like me in San Jocoso with the Winchester house, when the new houses will have been launched will we find in our mail box the update and the possibility to choose the new house? I think if LL didn't think it would be right to do it for someone like me who paid the annual pass for 2 years in a row. Thanks for feedback
