We don't charge people to join the group, and we don't take fees for people staying in the group. However because the group is super old, it takes fees from the OWNERS of the group. For some reason, even the person who created the group can't remove the fee charge. We don't want anyone having a fee taken from them, how do we remove the charge if even the creator of the group can't?

I work for a store sim that is having a lot of trouble being found in search. We used to be on a homestead, but then moved to a full sim. We wanted to keep the name of the sim however, so we paid to have the name changed on the homestead, and on the full sim. For some reason when you search our store, or the sim name itself, it will either not show up or both sims will show up. The old homestead shows up first before the actual sim that we are on, is there any way to fix any of this?
