We own land with great views, that is if was not for the skyboxes/houses/bubbles. Is there a restriction on how low they can be put?

as partners, we have to have different houses, that is a waste since we can't occupy both houses together. As I said above, why can we not have a 1024 m place and one house and both be able to rez there and use our items each of us wants?
