Yes, it's the same on the standard basic Second Life viewer as well. I've cleared history, cache and cookies etc. Deleted the viewer from my computer before reinstalling it but still the same, it just doesn't get any further than 'Initializing VFS'.

Hi, I just wondered if anyone has any suggestions that may help. I've always used Pheonix Firestorm viewer (on a windows laptop) but I am currently unable to launch it. I get to the point where it says Initialising VFS but then gets no further no matter how long I leave it. I've tried deleting the viewer from my computer and have re-installed it fresh but still the same problem. Any suggestions?
