Oh, they was going to be totally free to play but a weekly comp board pays prizes out, is that not ok then?

Am I ok to have a few slots totally free to play, no money or anything has to be paid to them to play them, total freeplay? hooked to a competition board, highest scores get a prize, is that ok?
