First, have you installed and tried it with the official Second Life viewer? If you ask support about this issue, this is the first question they will ask. If the problem persists with the official viewer, then they will listen. Also, please give more info. Does left click work outside of SL or in other programs? Does right-click work? If you right-click to bring up the menu, can you left-click on those options? Any info would help.

From the Account Overview screen in Marketplace, it displays my email address and a "edit account details" below that. When that is clicked it takes me to the account screen for secondlife.com and no way to change that email. How can I change the email address associated with the Marketplace? **EDIT** Since I see no way to reply, I will add more info: There are indeed two separate places where an email is stored, and no it is not necessarily the same email address. Try this. Go here, see what email is displayed. You will see it masked, but you should know what address is being referred to. https://accounts.secondlife.com/change_email/  Next, go to the marketplace account screen: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/account. You will possibly see the same address, or not.  If you do see the same email address as the previous screen, try going to the first screen and editing your email address. Check your email and confirm the change. Then go to the second page and you will see it has not changed. There are definitely two places where an email address is stored, and I'd like to know how to change the marketplace account email.
