    Hi i am having a issue with voice i can see the green lines when someone is talking but there is no sound how can i fix it i tried so many things

    I have tried to log into my account it loads up to it saying connecting to region and just stops how do i fix it i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the viewer but it won't help
