On top of the previous bad experiences from customers (I check this subforum regularly, I just don't post, I preffer In World) I'd be very wary of this answer to an unsatisfied interview. That passive aggresivity is a symptom of a bad work enviroment, as a reader I am actually very set off between the charge of the 100L for the group and this answer. No need to shame someone who is just giving a review about your business, It would not have happened if you took care of a nice ambient on the interview in the first place.
