    so long nothing is rented out I am also able to rent out the whole region : price 14900/w 

    you will be full owner and with the whole region comes also landmanager rights. 

    Rating is adult but changeable.

    asked - and still available is a nice lot at my ocean world. it was long time rented out - and I am sure it stays not long empty.

    so hurry if you look for a place to bring your boat out and sail over the continent. 
    it is mature rated. lagfree - changing of the size of the land or increasing prims is no problem here.
