I would also recommend Marvelous Designer or CLO3D. Are you making a pattern or using a pattern to make a garment? Optitex also is indeed is a brilliant piece of fashion design software!You can make a large pattern piece shaped like a rectangle and use it as a drawing. I work with the latter plus Accumark and Modairs ( Diamino fashion ). Very cool softwares, certainly something you would d be interested in to get started and design your own clothes.
