Moonglow Riddler

I am now having this exact same problem, as is also my girlfriend. I tried deleting the LSL bridge (Firestorm in use), but it can't be deleted, even after setting the protection to true from debug... We are using separate computers, so it can't be the install either. I tried my old avi for about 20 logins, and that one is fine. It's very annoying, as it happens about 3/4 times when either of us logs in, so any help would be appreciated.
