After payment an automatic group invitation to join La Maison Contemporaine will be send and tenant is able to Rez objects, Set Home, Fly, control Parcel Media&Music and use Eject/Ban. Rezzing permanent objects outside the parcels is not permitted unless approval is given from one of the managers. Banlines are not allowed but tenants are allowed to permanently Eject/Ban anyone who creates trouble. Avatars below 10 days are automatically teleported to their Home. Lucky Letter Boards available at the landing point which give a Free Extra Week if you are already a tenant.
