  1. Hi, I have an old account but unfortunately for me I have managed to forget the password. I have tried to reset it but one of the password reset questions is impossible to answer- the question regarding the last amount in US Dollars paid. Now, my question is, how can we get Linden Labs to drop this stupid question? Firstly, the last time I used this account to pay for Lindens was probably 5 years ago...secondly, the amount on my credit card is in Euros, not dollars. I went back over my account and found some old stateements (in Euros) and I asked the (un)support person to work out what these amouints corresponded to in dollars, given the variation in exchange rates and application of commission etc...yeah...silence on that one...somehow I am supposed to answer a question they can't either... But worse was to follow. I could still access my old account because I had the password saved on my computer. And I had been using this memory recall for the last two years or so. But after I contacted the (un)support for help resolving this issue, they blocked my account. This account had nothing valuable in in commercially but it contained tremendous emotional material - including conversations with people who have died. So my second question is, is it possible for Lindens to rest a password to a previously used password? Apologies if this question came over a s a bit of a rant, it has been a very difficult journey with Lindens sp far :-(
