[Item purchased but it's broken (cannot be opened). Seller is no longer active, how to dispute the purchase?]

I have of course tried contacting the merchant but no response, and they have also seemingly not been active for quite some time. The item cannot be unpacked (it's broken, not an issue that could be resolved through restarting or anything. It's just an empty box) and I'm not sure where to go from here. 

Any help would be great, thank you. 

Merchant also does not have a redelivery terminal as they are a smaller creator with an unfinished shop.

I'm pretty sure it's either Lelutka or Genus, but I may be wrong. (As for skin I think it's Pepe if anyone is curious but can't be sure which one. )

I would definitely suggest addon bangs as opposed to finding a hairstyle exactly like the one pictured. 

some great creators for these are barberyumyum, sintiklia (who is having a sale right now!) and stealthic.

Does anyone by any chance have a comprehensive list of all of the AO creators?

I'm looking to create my own, and so far the only luck I've had with AO creators in my style that sell standalone poses are Oracul and Body Language.

Lesser known stores are preferable (and please feel free to link your own stores if you are a creator!!  )

I've googled and tried everything, it started happening out of nowhere I've never had this problem before. I've cleared cache, clean installed among many other things but nothing will fix it. There's nothing wrong with my connection or computer, both are ideal.

Redelivery didn't work. 

Is there something I'm not doing, a button im not pressing to apply changes? I would have thought just pressing the places I want to hide would work but maybe theres something I'm missing.

When I click the places I want to disappear / hide so it doesnt stick out of my clothing, nothing happens?

I havent got the faintest clue of whats causing this considering everything else on the HUD works just fine. Any help is really appreciated!
