Second Life Merchant Outbox is not working, it does not send my folder to the listings page. Help?

Alright, so Merchant Outbox doesn't show up on Firestorm. I switched to Singularity.. It's there. I can move things I wanted to sell to that folder. However, any attempt to actually send it to the marketplace fails. It says "The Marketplace is returning errors" or something. Can someone please explain this? I've got payment on fail and my account is clearly older than five days. I accepted the terms of service, what more can I do?
