The question is there was - am I inquiring in the right subforum? If not, where do I go?

Hullo! I'm looking to commission some couple animations for feral avatars - specifically for use with the DreamCrawler dragon ones and/or the Seawolf Adult dragons. As I'm posting here due to 'this is my best guess as to where it goes', I'd greatly appreciate it if someone could poke in and answer a couple of questions, and point me in the right direction if needed :D Sorry if this is the wrong section!
