I have purchased 2 files from this seller and inside the inventory folder is a notecard with download instructions. I have followed the download links this seller provided on the notecard only to get a message that the file no longer sxists. I have left a review on the items I have emailed this seller multiple times regarding these 2 files and have not yet recieved a response from her eiother by notecard in world not to the emails I have sent. I feel I have been ripped off for the linden I paid for these files. What if anything can be done to either receive the files or have my linden refunded. I am not a happy camper as this has been going on for approximately a year because I do realize this is a virtual world and people have real lives but I think I have given this seller ample time to rectify this and she has done nothing. Now I turn to you for help.
