I'm having problems with logging in to SL. As soon as it says, "Loading World," it immediately turns off. No error message or recommended message etc. Is this a connection issue when simply restarting my router could help? Please let me know what I should do

So I use a Windows (not Firefox) and one day, as I was attempting to tp to a new place, I lost connection to the SL servers, even though my internet is working just fine. Now, I am no longer able to log in. It keeps getting stuck at "Requesting Region Capabilities." I've tried logging in to several different regions and even uninstalled/ reinstalled my Second Life launcher app on my desktop. Please help me with this issue, and thanks!
