I am a new user into the community and when I tried to login into SLViewer I got an error. the popup says " Login failed. DNS could not resolve hostname." I am able to connect to the website on Viewer but still I am getting the same error My system requirements meet the desired specification and BroadBand speed is 2Mbps. Does it mean that SLViewer is not able to find any host for India? Thank you in advance
