Thanks. This clarifies my question about fees. I'm interested in building a small place, with fewer restrictions, not in having a pre-made house. I've tried to get to this link before and always gotten an "Invalid Parameters Specified" message. This was no exception. Maybe it would answer some of my other questions. For example, I'm not even sure where the "mainland" is or whether a place I'm looking for is there.

I became a premium member. I understand I am entitled to 512 m^2 of land free. How do I find and purchase it? I've looked at land sales, but when I go to the land that's 512 m^2 it says it's not for sale. And even if it were, I'm not sure how to apply my membership to buy it. The documentation is confusing and contradictory. Can anyone help, please?
