I'd suggest browsing Seraphim's archives for We Love Role Play (https://www.seraphimsl.com/category/recurring-events/w-z/we-love-role-play/) and Redux (https://www.seraphimsl.com/category/recurring-events/p-r/redeux/) events to find possible brands that specialize in historical clothing, and then do a search to find their in-world location. Neither of them are open at this time, but The Engine Room is till October 20, and may have some brands that you could investigate.

Some contemporary brands to check: Asteroidbox, Goth1c0, Oubliette, perhaps Belle Époque (they have some historical costumes as well).

I suppose so! I wasn't sure how to describe what I wanted. Some strapless ones do have 'boob cups', though.

I have the Maitreya Lara Petite body and I'm looking for a corset with a straight-across bustline (à la Elizabethan or other pre-19th c. style. No boob-cups.) 

Examples below. I'm not picky about what the bottom looks like, it's really just the bustline I care about. I have no real price range. Can anyone help me?
