i can log in second life webites and can access almot everythng, in my comp, and i running fine, but just not secondlife simulator, any help ????????

i am not able to login my account, everytime i try to log in, it says somethng unexpected have gone wong, check the grid statuss, but after i do it, it only says about the phone support maintainence, and i have changed my pasword alsso, but till not able to log in, can you plz tell me whats been happening, and when can i log in my account
