Hi There, I haven't logged into my avatar in probably 6 years, recently downloaded new viewers, but can't log in. I have tried all the suggestions of adding exceptions to firewall, tried turning off firewall and virus software, I have tried the Second Life viewer and the Firestorm viewer, powercylcing my hardware and modem....., I have tried to pick different regions to log into...All my hardware exceeds the requirements, I have DSL with good speeds... Both viewers get hung up at waiting for region handshake. I am at a loss as to what else to try to get in. Please help. Thanks.
