I using laptop keyboard. Its pretty old laptop. I plan getting new one.

I got problems whenever I am walking around I cannot use my left arrow on my keyboard... It helped me do my left turns when I used left and walk same time. Are there any fixes to this issue?

for some reasons I can not seem to use that left key when i walk and turn same time i used to now cant why ?
