Serenity Lake Village has 1/4 sim platforms available for rent. Use your platform for residential, light commercial, or a mixture of both. There are three different prim sizes available. Rent a fully landscaped 1/4 sim sized platform for $L1000/wk with 423 prims available. Landscaped Platform  or rent a wide open 1/4 sim platform for $L1000/wk with 600 prims available. 600 Prim Platform or if you need more prims, a wide open 1/4 sim platform for $L2000/wk for 1200 prims! 1200 Prim Platform  On the ground level of Serenity Lake Village a community village area with shops, games, a beach and services is currently being constructed. We just changed over from a mall on the ground and fire and police station in the air, to put both areas together on the ground in order to bring everyone together. Each store owner your advertisements bring in that rents at Serenity Lake Mall will grant you a recurring commission of 10% of the rent that store owner pays. Your 10% commission will be paid out each time that tenant pays their rent box. *Your commission will stop if that tenant does not choose to remain as a renter at Serenity Lake Mall. I purchased a half sim parcel and paid my tier well ahead. When I had about 2 1/2 weeks left on my tier the sim owner sold the sim without letting any of the tenants know. Now the new sim owner is demanding payment for the weeks I've already paid for. Do I have any way of getting back the tier I paid for the space I no longer own?

The Freedom Gospel Church's summer Freedom Festival will be starting this Saturday August 9, 2014 and we still have a few spots open for vendors. The festival is being covered by Eye Watch InWorld News and will kick off with a Grand Parade on August 9th at 12pm SLT.
