[Trade my Linden home for the ability to buy tier free 512 plot of land]

 I am already a premium member,

What do i need to do to buy a Tier free plot of land instead of the linden home i have already selected

[I feel like my shape keeps changing]

Can I modify my shape. Then save it with a different name, and then make that shape with the new name  non editable so that i can not accidently go back and ruin it later, after hours of getting it just right

[my friend and i would like our linden homes in the same reagion, is this possible]

My friend and I each have premium memberships, we each chose a linden home and would like them in the same reagion, is this possible. we want to be neighbors. addittionallyis there a way to pick a reagion that is well occupied some neighbors would be cool
