I am already a premium member, What do i need to do to buy a Tier free plot of land instead of the linden home i have already selected

Can I modify my shape. Then save it with a different name, and then make that shape with the new name non editable so that i can not accidently go back and ruin it later, after hours of getting it just right

My friend and I each have premium memberships, we each chose a linden home and would like them in the same reagion, is this possible. we want to be neighbors. addittionallyis there a way to pick a reagion that is well occupied some neighbors would be cool
