Hello, I am trying to update information, when I click on a date or RL State the screen blanks out.. Is RL Info. and or Billing down?

I have tried several times to update my in world profile, even gotten a update accepted, but nothing has changed, any idea on why? MaggieMay This answer did nothing for me, The site u listed does not work, and I use Firestorm,, so lets try again.. how can I update my profile
