We are currently hiring for Advertising manager, Customer Service team lead, and Customer service reps. __________________________________________________________ The advertising manager position pays 800L per week plus 10% commission on walk in sales and 20% commission on direct referral sales. Responsibilities include: Maintains relationships with affiliate stores and liasons Plan advertising and promotional campaigns Creates events that help promote the store Helps us to expand into new locations and sims Negotiate advertising contracts Meet with clients to provide marketing or technical advice Direct the hiring of advertising, promotions, and marketing staff and oversee their daily activities Find and respond to bloggers and ensure they are doing their job Promote within groups, conferences, and Facebook with new products __________________________________________________________ Customer service team lead pays 150L per hour plus 10% commission on walk in sales and 20% commission on direct referral sales. Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives Motivate and inspire team members Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance Making sure your team is on shift during the appropriate times Making sure they respond to their satellite store location pagers/radar Confirm with them that their timecards are sent every Friday before 5pm SLT And all Customer service rep responsibilities __________________________________________________________ Customer Service Rep pay is 100L per hour plus 10% commission on walk in sales and 20% commission on direct referral sales. -Gain product knowledge through Company Training Sessions and the links provided. (Have the links accessible during your shift to aide in your customer service) -Provide one-on-one customer service experiences. -Greet all N-Optix Customers. -Promote daily while on your schedule shift by starting conferences, sending notices in groups, Facebook posts, or just referring your friends to the store from your list. -Promote Lucky Chair and Midnight Madness Board in N-Optix Group during your shift. -Maintain the 5 scheduled hours a week and communicate if you can not make it. -Clock in for your scheduled shift and submit timecard by 5pm SLT on Fridays. -Track your sales and commission by date on a NC weekly to be submitted with your Timecard. -Attend weekly store meetings. -Respond to customer alerts for your assigned locations. -Communicate using your company walkie. -Check group notices daily. __________________________________________________________ TO APPLY COME TO THE STORE AND FILL OUT AN APPLICATION AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK OR APPLY ONLINE AT N-Optix Employment Application .
