I have just about got my head around texturing in Blender and I understand creating an invisible mesh triangle/object so that the mesh can be scaled down below 0.01m. Can I just ask what is hopefully a simple question? When it comes to making small prims for jewellery etc. do most people use prims made within SL or a third party 3d program like Blender? If using Blender would I create the textures using a UV map as I would for clothes or texture the faces within SL? I am just hoping for a heads up to get me started in the right direction.
